By accessing this website, purchasing a product or submitting an intake form, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please do not use the website or purchase our products if you do not agree to these terms.
Educational Purpose
The Graceful Speech Path provides educational resources and data-informed compensation analyses for speech-language pathologists.
Our products and services are intended to help you better understand compensation, workload, benefits and negotiation considerations. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial, employment or human-resources advice.
You are responsible for evaluating your own circumstances and deciding whether to accept, reject or negotiate an employment offer.
No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee that using our products or recommendations will result in:
A salary increase
A revised employment offer
A successful negotiation
Continued employment
Any particular financial or professional outcome
Compensation decisions are made by employers and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Information You Provide
You agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Your Personalized SLP Offer Audit is based on the information you submit and the compensation information available at the time of review. Incomplete, inaccurate or outdated information may affect the analysis.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, medical records or other sensitive information that we have not requested.
Purchases and Payment
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be processed through Stripe, Squarespace or another authorized payment processor. You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.
We may change product descriptions, availability and pricing at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been completed.
Digital Products
The SLP Salary Negotiation Playbook is provided as a digital product for your personal, noncommercial use.
You may download and use the Playbook for your own professional development. You may not:
Resell, reproduce or redistribute it
Upload it to a shared drive, membership platform or public website
Share purchased copies with coworkers, clients or organizations
Modify it and represent it as your own work
Use it to create a competing commercial product
Purchasing a digital product gives you a limited personal-use license. It does not transfer ownership of the content or intellectual-property rights to you.
Personalized SLP Offer Audit
The Personalized SLP Offer Audit is prepared using the information submitted through the intake form.
Delivery timing may vary based on order volume, the completeness of the information provided and whether clarification is required. Any estimated turnaround time displayed on the product page or communicated by email is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
We may contact you if additional information is needed before the analysis can be completed.
Refunds and Cancellations
Because the Playbook is delivered digitally, purchases are generally nonrefundable once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
Requests to cancel a Personalized SLP Offer Audit may be considered if work has not yet begun. Once preparation of the personalized analysis has started, the purchase is generally nonrefundable.
Please contact grace@thegracefulspeechpath.com regarding duplicate charges, technical problems or other order concerns. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Intellectual Property
The website, reports, written materials, product names, graphics, templates, calculations and other original content are owned by or licensed to The Graceful Speech Path and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, publish, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer or create derivative commercial products from our materials without prior written permission.
You may use your personalized report for your own employment evaluation and negotiation.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the website or products for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to interfere with the website, payment systems or connected services
Submit false or misleading information
Access another customer’s information or report
Copy, scrape or systematically collect website content
Misrepresent your relationship with The Graceful Speech Path
Use our materials to provide competing paid services
We may restrict access or cancel an order when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
Third-Party Services
Our website and services may rely on third-party platforms such as Squarespace, Stripe and Google.
We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, security incidents or changes caused by third-party services that are outside our reasonable control. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website and materials accurate and available. However, information may occasionally contain errors, become outdated or be temporarily unavailable.
Publicly available compensation information can vary by source, location, experience level, setting and market conditions. Benchmarks and calculations should be understood as estimates rather than promises or definitive valuations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, digital products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.
